From Fabric Dreams to Fashion Reality
The world froze in 2020. However, Parth and Bhautik, two friends in Surat, decided to pursue their dreams more quickly in the face of uncertainty.
Both came from different journeys but shared the same passion to create something bigger than themselves, something that would leave a mark on the world of fashion. The concept for LavishLista was developed over several late-night discussions, handwritten notes, and endless cups of chai.
It wasn't a massive business at first. There were no large teams or lavish offices. Just two young brains, a passion for textiles, and a strong belief that fashion needs to be sustainable, beautiful, and affordable.
Their playground was Surat, India's textile center. They studied textiles, touched thousands of swatches, visited mills, spoke with weavers, sat with tailors, and discovered every aspect of transforming a piece of fabric into a garment that a person could wear with pride. Every small order became a stepping stone, and every setback became a lesson.
They discovered two significant gaps as they went deeper.
- Fabrics – Designers, brands, and exporters require high-quality fabrics that are reliable and innovative.
- Private Label Manufacturing – Young fashion brands struggled to find manufacturers who would give them low MOQ with premium finishing.
This is where LavishLista decided to make its mark.
They established two divisions under a single vision.
- LavishLista Fabrics offers premium cottons, rayons, chiffons, georgettes, organza, and embroidered textiles, along with value-added innovations.
- LavishLista is a private label women's wear manufacturing hub where even small brands could launch collections with just 60 pcs per design.
However, LavishLista represented something greater than textiles and clothing. It represented aspirants. LavishLista wanted to be their silent partner, making their dreams come true for every designer who dared to sketch, boutique owner who wanted to grow, and business owner who wanted to see their brand on clothing racks.
LavishLista is more than just a company these days. It is a collaborative, trusting, and creative movement. Our fabrics and clothing are finding their way into people's closets and hearts, from Surat to the world's fashion streets.
And it is only the beginning of the story.
